Description
Similar to a surfboard, FOW is an inflatable, floating and rigid board with a non-slip deck and a triple layer of PVC for maximum stability.
Training on FOW improves posture, flexibility, agility, coordination and strength, as you learn to control your centre of gravity. Suitable for beginners and children, in individual, pair or group sessions.
